Every year Chad's side of the family gets together over Labor Day Weekend. It's always a fun-filled weekend with lots to do. This year we had a little fun with the guys!
The Caramel "Apple" Race
We had such a good time at the 2008 family reunion over Labor Day weekend. Volleyball, baseball, fishing, swimming and karaoke are always great fun. This year the girls played a little prank on the guys. It was Christina's idea, but we were all more than happy to help out! We had all of them line up for a good 'ole fashioned "Caramel Apple Race". Little did they know, we used onions in place of the apples. Chad was the official winner. After taking a big bite and a few chews, he realized these cleverly disguised onions weren't apples at all! For being 1st place, Chad received a REAL carameled apple. Way to go Chad!
