Julie is my nickname to many, although many of you know me as Juliana!
I used Kathryn & Velma Balint's Social Butterfly from KB and Friends as well as Darcy Baldwin's Inspired by Templates from the digichick.
The journaling font is Juliana in a Hurry, a custom font by Darcy Baldwin. I'm not sure of the title font, sorry!
