Heritage Scrapping is my favorite style! I love working in almost monochrome, with just a tiny touch of color. I hope JenU won’t mind what I did to her kits! I am very happy with the result. It continues my series about my Granddaughter’s ancestors who shared a derivation of her name.
Background and frame are from: JenU_ShabbyFloralMelodyPapers.
The flowers have been faded greatly. They came from JenU’s Blissful Blossoms.
The leaves are from her Leaves kit.
The faded locket has a young photo of my grandmother and is from a freebie that JenU shared.
The Journaling reads:
Lisa, this is a picture of my maternal grandmother. Her name was Mary Elizabeth so you and I both share a name with her. She was a kind and loving grandmother. She probably spoiled her grandchildren, but we all adored her. You will do well if you live up to the name she brought to your linage. Love you- Grammie
