I did this piece for my art journal, using the lyrics from the song by Paula Cole.

Journal, boots, and horseshoe photos from stock.xchng. Everything else from Kathryn Balint's wonderful Little Jake collection.

Wow, Donna. This is really creative and fun! I love it. The journal is such a cool touch. Love the photo of the legs with the boots and the John Wayne photo. Very cool!

Well, if being a 'cowboy' means you ride a horse, then I have one! He's never had a ranch, but he loves that horse, his boots and hat! This is so much fun. Love the scrapbook. Looks like a lot of the older scrapbooks, like my mother used to make growing up in the 30's, with pictures cut out of magazines, programs, tickets and etc. with lots of fun comments.
