Since I didn't even participate in my own challenge last month, (Computer Problems Combined With Time Restrictions) I plan to make the most of this one.
These tootsies belong to my niece Kayla. I just LOVE this picture. I was tempted to add more to this layout, but it cried out to me and said, "Less is More"
