We watched a video about Valentine traditions, and made a paper flower bouquet like we saw on the video. After that you made a very long paper chain which you draped down the stairs and anchored on both ends. Next you put on your favorite black velvet GoodWill gown, that has rubber bands twisted around the shoulders to make it wearable. The stage was set! You wanted to pretend you were a bride, but MiMi suggested we pretend you were a princess. (Please, you�re growing up too fast already!) MiMi sang and you gracefully made your grand entrance. I often pray for the young man that will win your heart when you are the right age. Love, MiMi Credits: Every Which Way kit with the hook and eye from Blooming Crazy kit. Journaling font, Gabriola.

"Create" Tablet using the Word Search Cards

Description: I decided I would make a tablet with Kathryn & Velma Balint's Play on Words: Word Search element set, available at KB and Friends. http://www.kbandfriends.com/store/product.php?productid=17091&cat=0&page=1 I printed a front and back cover on cardstock, cut some plain paper slightly smaller than the covers, then used my Crop-a-dile to punch holes and set eyelets to make it a tablet. I tied a ribbon through one of the grommets, then glued a ribbon to embellish it a little further. (And try to hide one of my mistakes!) I think the next time I do this, I would probably place the word search card on top of a different, neutral background so that the eyelets did not have to be set so close to the main word, "Create". Thanks for taking a look!
